Gold Prices in Pakistan Experience Slight Rise, Remain Near All-Time High

On the opening day of the week, the price of gold in Pakistan saw a slight uptick, remaining just above the Rs. 275,000 per tola mark. According to the All-Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 24 karat gold rose by Rs. 200, reaching Rs. 275,700. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 24 karat gold increased by Rs. 171, now standing at Rs. 236,368.

Close to All-Time High

Currently, gold prices are just below the all-time high of Rs. 277,000 per tola, indicating ongoing demand in the market.

Silver Prices Steady

In contrast, the prices of silver remained stable, with per tola silver priced at Rs. 3,050 and 10 grams at Rs. 2,614.88, showing no change from previous levels.

International Market Trends

In the international market, gold prices also experienced a modest rise, increasing by $3 to reach $2,656, up from $2,653. This trend reflects a broader fluctuation in gold prices globally, contributing to the local market dynamics.

Overall, the incremental increase in gold prices this week suggests sustained interest among investors and consumers alike.
